Good morning blogging friends!!!
Can you believe it....Christmas Cards in May. No, by any means, I am not starting to make Christmas Cards already, but I am really excited about using each one of my new {Ippity} Spring 2010 Collection sets. I have this weird thing, that when I get something new, I cannot put it away until I have used it at least once. That way, nothing gets forgotten!!! Another set, can be put away!!! YEAH!!
This card was also inspired my the Hip Hop Sketch. I was also inspired by this awesome Damask paper from Stampin' Up. I have had this paper since well before Christmas 2009, why didn't I use this beauty??
Here is what I used to make this card:
Cardstock: Whisper White (Stampin' Up)
Patterned Paper: Christmas Cocoa (Stampin' Up); Velour Paper (The Paper Co.)
Stamps: Season of Joy ({ippity} by Unity Stamp Co.)
Ink: Real Red, Green Galore (Stampin' Up)
Punch: Scallop Border (Stampin' Up)
Dies: Oval & Scallop Nestabilities (Spellbinders)
Extras: Holly Stickles (Ranger), Ribbon (Stampin' Up); Embossing Folder (Sizzix)
Thanks for stopping by to check out the early Christmas Cheer!! Please leave me a comment and let me know if you think this card is good enough to send it in for publication.
Enjoy the rest of the blog hop and have a GREAT weekend!!!
