Skipping Stones Design Challenge #136 and a NEW RELEASE!!!

Good morning!!  Welcome to Skipping Stones Designs Inspiration Challenge and the release of Darling Damask.

This is a beautiful set.  I could see this set making elegant greetings, even wedding invitations.

I made a very quick card this week.  I made my own version of Washi Tape with paper medical tape.  I simply stamped in London Fog ink right on the paper tape.  Ha!  Easy.

Our Inspiration for this week came from this beautiful picture....

I can't wait to see how you answer this week's challenge!!  Link you original creation to the Skipping Stones Designs blog for your chance to win a free set of Darling Damask.

Do you need some more inspiration?  Check out these fabulous gals...

This week I will be giving away a set, just for leaving a comment on my blog.  July's featured set of the month is Cupcake Cutie's, so I think I will give that set away.  Please leave a comment here by July 15th at midnight MST and I will draw and post the winner next Tuesday (July 17th) on my Skipping Stones Designs post.

I have not used Washi paper yet. I should try some. Love that you made some.

Cool! I love how transparent and chiffon-like the tape turned out! Gonna have to try this! I bet the paper and the nylon cloth tape would both work but look different!

Interesting. Paper tape! Never thought about making you own washi tape. I do love how your sentiment has a similar sweeping shape to the way you placed the tape. It gives a really cool look.

I love how this new set can make even simple look completely elegant. I've seen a bunch of different ways to make washi tape, but haven't seen it on medical tape. Great idea.
