Dreamweaver Stencils Summertime July Challenge

Good morning,
Thursday again and the Dreamweaver Stencils team is showcasing their July challenge, Summertime projects!!

This week I chose a new technique just brought to us by a wonderful artist Jenn Dove, called Molten Magic.  It is a fun mix of embossing paste, Metallic FX and heat.

Here is a closer look...

Here is a quick step by step:

Paste emboss your stencil with Pearlescent Embossing Paste.  While the paste is still wet, apply Metallic FX as desired.  Heat paste until it bubbles and drys.  The bubbles will add gorgeous texture to your image.

Stencil: LL585 Romantic Rose (Dreamweaver Stencils)
Embossing Paste: Pearlescent (Dreamweaver Stencils)
Stamps: Stampendous July 2012,
Ink: Versamark (Tsukineko), Distress Ink (Ranger)
Extras: Metallic FX (Dreamweaver Stencils), embossing powder (Stampendous)
Die Cuts: Silhouette Cameo

Here is a sneak peek of one of the stencils that we are presenting to the retailers at CHA Summer (our bi-yearly trade show). And you could win this stencil if you join our challenge. We are giving away two. A #1 prize to the person who best interprets the challenge and #2 winner for best use of Dreamweaver products. So see? don't even have to use Dreamweaver products (of course we are thrilled when you do.)

Don't forget to visit the other team members for more Summertime inspiration.
