I think this is my new way of accomplishing important tasks....

Those important tasks being card challenges !!! hehe.... Pushing as many fun challenges as I can into one card. I think THAT is challenging!!!!
Today my card is for the Stamping In Time challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs. The challenge was to use the emboss resist technique. I think it turned out beautifully!! I may just do some more of this for one of my DT assignments next week....I have to do a tutorial....YIKES!
The colors were an inspiration from the Play Date Cafe.....

I WOULD HAVE NEVER PUT THESE COLORS TOGETHER....After this, I am so ready for fall. I just LOVE these together!!! Thank you Play Date Cafe!!

Last but not least....another new challenge for me. Sweet Sunday Sketches. I love how she has the sketch drawn on a napkin
Just like real life....

Here is my rendition.....
I wish you all could see the beautiful shimmer over the emboss resist. It is gorgeous!!!!
Here are the supplies I used for my card.....
Card Stock: More Mustard, Bravo Burgundy (Stampin' Up); Kraft confetti (stash)
Ink: Bravo Burgundy (Stampin' Up); Big & Juicy Spice (Ranger)
Stamps: Friendship (Our Daily Bread Designs)
Dies: Tim Holtz Brackets Edge (Sizzix)
Extras: RicRak (craft supply); Pearls (M's)
Stitching.....ME!!
I hope you enjoyed my card today.
Leave me a comment and let me know what you thing...
Have a blessed day!!!

Hi Wendy
I like the design very much and how you have blended the colours. It is a simple design and I think simple is best but you can still see the effort and amount of work you have put into it. It is actually, quite sophisticated.
