Ready to be sparkly? This month is our annual collaboration between Dreamweaver Stencils and Art Glitter, and we promise double the glitter and double the fun! Follow the trail of bling all of this month on the Art Glitter blog, and the Dream It Up! blog. Play along with the monthly challenge of "Awesome in Autumn" and link your creations to the linkytool on the Dream It Up! Thursday posts for a chance to win some stupendous stencils and glamorous glitter! As if that wasn't cool enough, Art Glitter is offering a 20% discount this month if you use the code DW20!

Here's what I've created for today's post:

This week I paste embossed Dreamweaver Stencils new Great Pumpkin stencil (LL3036) with Glossy White Embossing Paste.  Once the paste was dry, I replaced the stencil over the dry paste and started adding drops of Color Solutions Alcohol Inks.  The colors I used were Aspen Leaf, Lemoncello and Mojito Green.  I also added Color Solutions Cleaner/Thinner  over the top of the colored drops. The Cleaner/Thinner allowed the colors to thin and I was able to move the colors around with a cotton swab.

Art Institute Glitter was added with a Zig Glue Pen in the areas that paste wasn't present.  Colors used were:  Opaque Leaf, Transparent Ultra fine Gingerbread and Transparent Ultra Summer Tree.

The sparkle doesn't stop here.  The Dreamweaver Dream Team has each created and Awesome Autumn project and trust me, they will be sparkly!!!

I have to admit, I don't think that I've ever used the Color Solutions over the glitter, but very cool effect!

Clever technique Wendy! I also like how you added glitter to the bridges of the pumpkin!
