Stampendous *NEW* Monthly Challenge starts TODAY!! Please join us!!!

Changito-Stamping_Blinkie_Sep2011

Stampendous is so excited to be bringing something NEW to you! Each month on the first Saturday, we will share a brand new challenge with you - it might be a sketch, or colors, or a fun new technique to try. You'll have an entire month to play along with us! And what would a challenge be without a prize? We'll draw a random winner from all qualifying entries at the end of the month, who will win that month's prize.    This month Cling Jumbo Romantic Border is up for grabs.  LOVE THIS SET.  Here’s a looky what I did with it a few months back….BELIEVE me, you’ll want it!!!

We're kicking off the new Stampendous Saturday Challenge with a Sketch for September, drawn by Wendy Price. To play along with us and be eligible to win the prize, make a card or project using our sketch, upload it to your blog or other online gallery (keyword: STM01), and add the direct link to the linky tool on the Stampendous blog. You have until Thursday, September 29th at 11:00 PM PST to play! You don't have to use a Stampendous image or products to play along, but we sure love it when you do!  Here’s our sketch…

Here is my rendition…

StampendousSTM01-9311

The background on my card is a beautiful handmade paper from Canvas Corp.  The pattern is actually floral, so I tried to hide it with stamping a lot of snowflakes!!!

I punched out nine circles and got to work stamping a Snowflake Symphony on them.  Hehe…that is really what the stamp set is called,  Snowflake Symphony.  I added a bit of Silver Halo Glitter. I punched out a bit bigger circle and stamped my sentiment!!

Here are the supplies I used on my card…

Paper: Sky Blue, Coconut Swirl (Bazzill Basic Paper), Handmade Paper (Canvas Corp)

Stamps: Snowflake Symphony, Cling Merry Magical and Cling Jumbo Merry Magical (Stampendous)

Ink: Broken China (Ranger)

Glitter: Silver Halo Glitter (Stampendous)

Extras: ribbon (craft supply store), die cuts (Spellbinders)

Be sure to head over to the Stampendous blog to check out all the details, see more inspiration from our designers, and to add your link to the linky tool!
