Dreamweaver Stencils Dream Team Free Week!!

Hey there!!!

Welcome to Dreamweaver Stencils Dream Team Free Week!

This week I chose a stencil that was recently released at Summer CHA…Opto Checkboard (LJ915)

Here is my creation…

I can’t quite figure out if this is hard to look at or not…

Dreamweaver81111

The background of the card was paste embossed with the Opto Checkboard and Glossy Black paste.   I then die cut some flowers from a Sizzix die and started Zentangling them.  At the time that I did both of the above steps, I didn’t think about putting the two elements together.  That revelation came days later.

You have to let me know…does it hurt your eyes?

None the less, I love the background and I have so many more ideas for it!!

Please take the time today to check out the other Dream Team members blogs.  You can find a list of their links to the right of this post.

Have a great day!!!

Yes...it is an adventure for the eyes...but isn't that what you want sometimes. What a wonderful wonderful creation Wendy! That background is perfect for Zentangling!

Love the B&W look. A little dizzying perhaps, but still fun!

Love it! It reminds me of an M.C. Escher drawing, which I can stare at for hours on end, because I can never really take it all in. Love the Zentangling.

Very interesting black and white craziness! This is a lot to wrap your head around. As Liz said, very Escher. Cool.

I love the zentangling on the flowers and then the pop art background, not crazy at all, reminds of the sixties and high school. Very Groovy.

Wow. Love your VERY creative approach to the Zentangling. Those flowers are great with the Op-Art background. Love the pop of red with it, too.
