Stampendous Saturday Blog HOP!!!!!

This Saturday the Stampendous team has something extra special planned for you...we have combined our regular monthly challenge with a blog hop showcasing some of the great new products released at CHA last month! Pull up a chair, grab a warm beverage and yummy snack, and get ready to be wowed! Be sure to scroll through my whole post; links to other hoppers, prize pack photos, and details on how to win are included below!

StampendousBlog-Hop-21112

I love the new Stampendous Color Fragments. Once you start adding the color to embossing powders and adhesives, it is easy to grab for the jars each time you’re creating a project.

The above card was inspired by Fran herself at CHA. I stamped the Jumbo Cling Hollyhock on black cardstock with Aged Gold Embossing Enamel. I stamped a second image on scrap paper and cut out the image to make a mask of the Hollyhock stamp. I placed the second Hollyhock image over the embossed image and applied Versamark Watermark Ink to the left side of the cardstock. Once I had desired coverage, I applied Aged Black Embossing Enamel to the Versamark Ink, before I heated the embossing enamel, I sprinkled Sage, Rose and Powder Blue Color Fragments to the dry enamel.

Here is a close up of the Color Fragments.

Below is another example applying Color Fragments to embossing powder and melting the powder from underneath the paper. The Fragments will melt into the powder.

I am currently in love with this Stampendous CHA release Cling Botanical Daffodil!
