A new Sketch with Skipping Stones Design!!!!

Hey there sketch fans....We have a FUN one for you this week!!!! Skipping Stones Designs is lucky enough to have Laurie Schmidlin creating sketches for YOU this month!!! This week, she does not disappoint...Here is what I came up with.... I love this soft vellum and the sentiment from Heartsong was just perfect. The bottom of the card was made with AWESOME micro fine Glitter Ritz from Elizabeth Crafts and I used a Burnished Velvet technique. The awesome butterfly is made of wire and tulle.

Here is Laurie's sketch....

My color inspiration came from CR84FN this week....love these colors...

Hi Wendy - your butterfly card is beautiful. I tried the burnished velvet technique but had trouble getting the flowers off the tape. Is there a special paper you use so they don't stick?
Thanks
