Dream Scheme Thursday....A theme of our choice today!!

I had so much fun making my Dreamweaver Stencil card this week. I used a fun new metallic foil technique that myself and the other Design Team member learned at CHA in January.

First I dry embossed my Teacup Stencil (LG683). I applied pigment ink to the embossed area of the teacup. After inking well, I sprinkled Stuck On You bonding powder to my image and melted it with a heat tool. Once the powder was melted, I cut a piece of metallic foil to fit over the image. I placed the stenciled image and piece of foil in the middle of a folded piece of printer paper and ran it through a hot laminator. After coming out of the laminator, I peeled off the metallic foil and the beautiful foil was covering my stenciled image. I repeated the same process for the other teacup.

Once all of my foiling was complete, I paste embossed the Eyelet Border (LM175) and Blowing Leaf Border Stencil (LM282) onto the edges of the teacup with Pearlescent Paste.

I wrapped the beautiful Creative Impressions ribbon around my creation, stuck a beautiful Dreamweaver decorative pin, stamped my sentiment with a fabulous stamp set from Skipping Stones Design.

Thanks for taking a look today. You will see on the sidebar all of the other Dreamweaver Design Team members....See where there creative muse took them today....
Have a great day!!

WOW! I am seriously impressed. FANTASTIC work! I always love seeing your art and this one is just wow. You elevated that Stampee. I would really love to get my hands on whatever color you used.
